PRESEASON TRAINING 2009
In light of season 2008 the commencement of preseason training for season 2009 will be 9:30am Saturday 24 January 2009 (the second last Saturday in January). The location of the first session will be Centennial Park (refer to exact location in map below). We will endeavour to mix the nature of the sessions as much as possible and as such will rotate the location of training regularly. So please check the website on a regular basis and look for updates as to session locations.
All pre-season trainings will be followed by a BBQ breakfast of bacon and egg sandwiches, a game of touch and possibly a trip to the beach for those keen. Pre-season training is essential for fitness and team building. The sessions should be fun and leave you with a sense of accomplishment. The sessions will be flexible so it will be just the right difficulty for backs, flankers, tight five and Dave Davis alike.
We are also very keen to get in contact with any fitness/conditioning specialists or coaches who would be keen to get involved in the sessions – so if you know of anyone please get in contact with us at secretary@unswrugby.org.au.
